Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your service, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.
We will gladly make any necessary corrections. If the issue is our fault, the service can be redone at no cost. Please note, we do not offer refunds on any service.
For your safety and comfort, inform our specialists of any allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, or pregnancy. If you experience discomfort or any unusual symptoms during your treatment, alert your service provider immediately.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence, or whose health may affect the treatment.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late (without any notice) will have their appointment automatically canceled.
For group parties of 6 or more, a $10 per person deposit is required. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
ROYAL NAIL gift certificates are non-refundable and good for services only. Our gift certificates are valid for one year and cannot be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash.
